Usage Example
  • You can change provisional tightening torque values to improves workability, and change to the tightening mode that is best for Pokayoke (error proofing).
  • Change provisional tightening torque values wirelessly with Bluetooth. Refer to the specification chart to determine the provisional tightening torque values that can be set.
  • Tightening mode can be changed. Mode 1 : Repeated provisional tightening / Mode 2 : Tighten each piece until tightened to completion.
  • Mode 1 : Begin provisional tightening -> Provisional torque value detected -> Motor stops (Factory set before shipping) Suitable for repeated provisional tightening of multiple flange bolts.
  • Mode 2 : Begin provisional tightening -> Provisional torque value detected -> Motor stops -> Use torque wrench for final tightening ->Tightened-to-completion signal emitted After provisional tightening, if you don’t use a torque wrench for final tightening the motor will not operate, thereby preventing a human tightening error.
