Electric hydraulic power unit EDP with BodAS System
Our proven electric HPU with working pressures up to 2500 Bar and optional circulation cooling, is also available with our BodAS system. If the system is running in automatic mode the user has only to connect the required tool and can start the job. After mounting the tool on the bolt as required, he only needs to press the “start” button. The system will adjust the pressure automatically according to the connected tool. Now the nut has to be tightened and the pressure released. This system simplifies the work and – if all instructions are followed – human errors are reduced to minimum, because the system recognizes the errors and reports accordingly to the operator. The process data are now saved including pressure and elongation ( if the optional stroke sensor was connected). In that way, the entire project will be executed. When the entire project will be executed, when the entire project is finished, the system will generate a tensioning report with all relevant values.
